Doris works as a seamless extension of her clients’ teams, often serving as de facto staff. She offers long-term and short-term solutions based on client needs. Based in Los Angeles, Doris has managed projects remotely–from Israel, Europe, Singapore and Moscow; to New York, Palo Alto, Seattle and Washington, DC. In order to deliver the highest level of service and attention, she takes on only a small roster of clients at any given time, working directly with the top executive and alongside existing teams or hires, trains and supervises new staff.
Doris can act as a part-time consultant for your organization, managing a project or a specific area or vertical of the business, working seamlessly with the top executive, managing work independently or overseeing external contractors and/or internal teams.
Startups, small organizations, or even individuals, who may not have the budget or infrastructure to hire a full-time seasoned executive but could use a top-tier person to jump in with little to no ramp up or learning curve; or major companies and institutions that need to fill a hole with a reliable pro.
